If you have a complaint or a dispute against Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan Pension Fund or your Employer, there is a procedure to help resolve the situation known as the Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure (IDRP).<\/p>\n
The Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan Pension Fund would welcome the opportunity to try and resolve the matter informally with you before starting the IDPR procedure. Please see our\u00a0contact details\u00a0<\/a>for ways to get in touch.<\/p>\n If, however, you feel your complaint has not been dealt with satisfactorily, or you are unable to resolve your differences with the Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan Pension Fund please complete an Internal Dispute Resolution Form<\/a>\u00a0to start the resolution procedure and for further information.<\/p>\n If you have a complaint or dispute with your workplace pension or personal pension arrangements, you should contact The Pensions Ombudsman<\/a> – telephone 0800 917 4487<\/p>\n If you have any general requests for information of guidance concerning your pension provider, please contact The Pensions Advisory Services (TPAS) <\/i>,<\/a> – telephone 0800 011 3797 who will be able to help you.
